The steam reduction unit reduces the build-up and release of steam from the machine into the kitchen and creates a better working environment for the operator. After a completed wash program, the steam reduction feature cools the air in the machine and converts the steam back into water that re-enters the wash tank. The steam reduction feature can be turned on and off. Available for all electric options. Requires cold water connection.
