Housing of corrosion-resistant chromium-nickel steel. Only 55 cm wide, i.e. 40 % less space required compared to FlexiCombi. Capacity: 6xGN2/3 of 60 mm depth or 5xGN2/3 of 65 mm depth. Manual cooking: 6 types (soft steaming, steaming, express steaming, convection, combisteaming, regeneration). Operating modes: convection 30–300° C, steaming 30–130°C (incl. soft & express steaming), combisteaming 30–250°C. 100 cooking processes can be saved in up to 6 steps. Pros: auto-reverse fan operation - 2 fan speeds; PHIeco DynaSteam2 steam control for consistent, ideal food quality; multipoint core temperature probe – option (single-point core temperature probe as standard); ClimaSelect – climate control in 25 % steps; cooking chamber door with insulated triple glazing; WaveClean® automatic cleaning system (cartridge) – option; USB interface; halogen cooking chamber lighting.
