Inner kettle 1690x665 mm, 465 mm deep, for 12xGN 1/1 – 200 mm deep made completely of extremely corrosion-resistant chrome nickel steel (1.4404) (AISI 316). Regulation via manual steam valve (Type of protection: IPX6). For steam generator installation on site. 3 cooking programmes as standard (light simmering, medium boiling and strong boiling). Double-walled hinged lid and mixer tap as standard. Heat up time 52 min (according to DIN 18855). Fittings: steam valve DN 25, air valve, pressure gauge. Emptying via safety drain cock at the front. Nominal thermal load: 102 kg/h, steam pressure connection 0.5-0.8 bar. Heat emission sensitive: 2.2 kW, latent: 12.6 kW.
