Inner kettle 1020x540 mm, 535 mm deep, for 6xGN 1/1 – 200 mm deep made completely of extremely corrosion-resistant chrome nickel steel (1.4404) (AISI 316). Regulation via manual steam valve (Type of protection: IPX6). For steam generator installation on site. 3 cooking programmes as standard (light simmering, medium boiling and strong boiling). Double-walled hinged lid and mixer tap as standard. Heat up time 28 min (according to DIN 18855). Emptying via safety drain cock at the front. Accessories: extra large drain cock 2" made of chrome nickel steel, 1 drain filter, 1 Mixer tap with outlet R¾" (DN 20). Optional accessories: automatic lifting device for e.g. 18x1/1 GN - 65 mm deep, 1 Cooking insert, 1/1 GN, perforated, 190 mm deep, 1 perforated shelf insert (3 are required), 1 Measuring rod, appliance foot, 200 mm high, pluggable +/– 15 mm height adjustable (4 feet).
