Air valve, safety valve. Double jacketed kettle with separate, integrated and maintenance-free VAPRO steam generator for short heating up times and low energy and water consumption as well as highly efficient. Short heating up times with VAPRO pressure steam system. 3 cooking programmes as standard (light simmering, medium boiling and strong boiling). with EcoControl electronic temperature regulation and membrane keypad. Automatic process water monitoring and feed – is constantly ready for use. Double-walled hinged lid and mixer tap as standard. Emptying via safety drain cook at the front. Equipped as standard with interface for connection to an energy optimization system according to DIN 18875 and potential free contact. Accessories: extra large drain cock 2" made of chrome nickel steel, 1 drain filter, 1 Mixer tap with outlet R¾" (DN 20).
