BOWL 309х510x300 mm in AISI 316 stainless steel with a capacity of 40L and rounded corners to facilitate cleaning and hygiene. Stainless steel top equipped with a tap for filling and topping up water controlled by an ergonomic knob. Built-in water drain. HEATING via element pack inside the bowl with 9.6kW cooking power adjustable using a switch and an ergonomic knob. SAFETY guaranteed by temperature control through manual reset safety limiter. EQUIPPED with false bottom, basket beater and hinged door, optional baskets and lid.
