Worktop, front and side panels made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Inside made of stainless steel. Direct heating generated by tubular stainless steel burners with optimized combustion, with thermocouple safety valve and protected pilot flame. Piezoelectric ignition with rubber protection. Hot and cold water taps on the worktop with an articulated spout for filling and washing the container. 2” draining tap of chromed brass with athermic handle. Four screw fixing blocks that can be adjusted manually with a fixed calibration valve of 0.05 bar. Temperature regulation by means of a handle tap to adjust the water level.
