BOWL 342х308x300 mm in AISI 316 stainless steel with a capacity of 27L and rounded corners to facilitate cleaning and hygiene. Stainless steel top equipped with a tap for filling and topping up water controlled by an ergonomic knob. Built-in water drain. HEATING via element pack inside the bowl with 7.8kW cooking power adjustable using a switch and an ergonomic knob. Separate controls for each bowl. SAFETY guaranteed by temperature control through manual reset safety limiter. EQUIPPED with false bottom, basket beater and hinged door, optional baskets and lid.
