Cooking surface dimensions: 1000 × 550 × 90 mm. Two cooking zones. Manual tilting mechanism.
Lift-up lid. When the lid is closed, the pan becomes an excellent work surface. The body is made of stainless steel. The pan is floor-mounted using anchor bolts.

All Friberg pans are equipped with electric tubular heating elements located beneath the cooking surface. These are supported by spring-loaded stainless steel reflector plates, ensuring efficient heat transfer. This design contributes to excellent cooking performance and consistent results.

For precise and even temperature control, the thermostat sensors are positioned in drilled holes within the cooking surface. The heating elements are also easily accessible and can be replaced during maintenance.
