Casing and filterbox are made of stainless steel 1.4301, filter made of cellulose (all used components are food safe). Economy/efficiency: Save 50% precious shortening. After the cleaning cycle, VITO® turns off automatically. Cleaning cycle 3.5 min. Quality: Shortening is subject to high requirements regarding purity and taste. VITO® cleans the oil using best quality filter paper. Used daily 99% of the particles and odours are removed. Cleaning: dishwasher-safe. Simple to disassemble due to modular design. Electrical module max. 75°C. Filter and pump module temporary max. 200°C. Filtration power up to 95 l/minute. Particle uptake 3.2 l. Work cycle (programmable) 3,5 minutes. Filters are not included.
