The body of industrial elecric stove is made from wet polished (scotch brite) stainless steel. The legs are from stainless steel tube 50x50 mm. Removable fat tray under the hotplates. „EGO“ tilting hotplates for easy cleaning are from cast iron 300x300 mm, the power of each is 2.5kW. “EGO” 7-position switches for cooking zones, for heavy-duty use. Solid steel legs are height adjustable 30 mm (+15/-15).
