Saigon is a fish display counter realized in AISI 316 stainless steel with granite worktop (Rosa Beta). It has a static refrigeration system with copper coil foamed in the basin bottom. The display surface is equipped with deck plates. Saigon has built-in refrigerating unit, mechanic thermostat and plastic pan to collect defrost water to be emptied manually. It’s available with curved glass or with self-service glass. 25°C r.h. 60% climatic class 3 M1.
