Stainless steel body 18/10 AISI 304. Double skin with insulation. Use: by means of an electric or steam-activated (16 kg/h) battery, a fan blows a jet of hot air 90°C on the dishes. Fan motor power: 1.1 kW. Fan capacity: 1300 mc/h. To avoid useless wastes, only a part of the necessary air is sucked in from outside, the remaining part is recycled from inside, where the temperature is higher. It is to be located at the machine output. Dimensions: total height of the machine 1960 mm; increase in the Length 800 mm.
