The classic robust convection baking oven with a swing-out door. It is the right oven if you appreciate a range of selection options from a sophisticated design. Perfect baking results are guaranteed. The hygienic baking chamber ensures optimum flow conditions and is easy to clean both manually and automatically. Product characteristics and special features: networkable, LED illumination (approx. 50,000 working hours), can be combined flexibly. Standard equipment: IS 600 E control unit with colour display, pipe steam injection, clockwise/anti-clockwise rotating fan, 8 fan speeds, 8 or 10 trays. Capacity of baking product per tray (e.g. slit rolls): 15 with fresh dough, 18 with pre-baked dough pieces. Water Pressure 150-600 kPA. Options: ProClean cleaning system (self-cleaning system with cleaning and rinse cartridge), fully automatic cleaning system ProClean365 (with cleaner box, which provides the cleaning fluid and is refilled annually during maintenance), automatic load detection and IBC energy-saving tool, Wnet oven networking system, cascade (passive) steaming, right/left door hinge, Nostalgic or Stainless Steel design, modular construction: capacity expansion possible at any time.
