The oven that hardly needs any space. The smallest in-store baking oven is characterised by needing a minimal amount of space to provide maximum performance. Two control unit variants, integrated steam injection and the door locking option mean that you can use the Minimat in a very flexible way. The optional water tank makes it possible to use it on a mobile basis too. Easy to operate. Standard equipment: control unit manual, pipe steam injection, clockwise/anti-clockwise rotating fan, indirect lighting with halogen bulbs, 3 trays. Water Pressure 150-250 kPa. Capacity of baking product per tray (e.g. slit rolls): 15 with fresh dough, 18 with pre-baked dough pieces. Combination options: with Minimat 43S, steam reducer with fully-automatically controlled steam condenser, stand with pedestal, stainless steel prover with doors, on castors, storage rack. Options: control unit Classic with program selection, water tank with tank display, additional fan speed, right/left door hinge, safety door locking for set-up in the customer area, door opens automatically once program finishes, modular construction: capacity expansion possible at any time.
