Unique body in painted steel. Bowl, spiral tool and breaking column in stainless steel. Fixed bowl. Fitted with two motors. Two speeds on spiral tool. Possibility of bowl inversion in 1st speed. Easy dough extraction thanks to the bowl jog push button. Control panel with double scale electro-mechanical timer. Mobile bowl cover at choice among: stainless steel grid, ABS mobile bowl cover or transparent shockproof mobile bowl cover in PMMA. Standard breaking column with feet. It is conceived for soft dough mixtures with an hydration greater than 55% with European flour and for an artisan usage (1shift per day).
